For the day 24 members contributed 3826 wu's and for the 7 day period 35 members contributed a record 23892 wu's. We trail Nordlichter by 30205 shrubs and we lead Czech Republic by 11390 shrubs. Congratulations to Fart in Your General Direction who passed the 17500 shrub milestone, to KWSN_MCM who passed the 1500 shrub milestone, and to KWSN_SpareParts who passed the 500 shrub milestone today. August 30, 2001 -- 12 midnight EDT update: At this update, we have narrowed Nordlichter's lead to 33213 wu's and we expanded our lead over Czech Republic to 8800 wu's. August 28, 2001 -- 12 midnight EDT update: Today was another record-setting day at KWSN-Genome. With 24 members contributing 4537 wu's for the day, we completed the best back-to-back production days in our history. Also, for the 7 day period a record 38 active members contributed a record 20539 wu's. Congratulations to everyone! At this update we trail Nordlichter by 37455 shrubs and we lead Czech Republic by 4811 shrubs. Congratulations to bpowe who passed the 2500 shrub milestone today and to Sir Grizzly who passed the 250 shrub milestone. Ni! August 27, 2001 -- 12 midnight EDT update: Congratulations team! Today we set a daily production record with 5169 wu's coming from 19 contributing members. In doing so, we passed Czech Republic and moved into 15th position! Ni! Ni! Ni! For the 7 day period 37 members contributed 18678 wu's. Congratulations to Antigens who passed the 20000 shrub milestone today. At this update, we lead Czech Republic by about 1600 shrubs and we trail the team above us, Nordlichter, by about 41750 shrubs. August 26, 2001 -- 12 midnight EDT update: We had an average production day with 23 members contributing 1942 wu's. For the 7 day period our production declined to 17582 wu's with contributions from 37 members. At this update we trail Czech Republic by 2425 shrubs and we lead DPC by 3438 shrubs. August 23, 2001 -- 12 midnight EDT update: Production rose significantly from yesterday with 23 members contributing 2709 wu's. For the 7 day period 35 members contributed 18520 wu's. Congratulations to KWSN_MadMadMax who passed the 750 shrub milestone today and to KWSN_Killerrabbit and g, both of whom passed the 500 shrub milestone. At this update, we trail Czech Republic by about 4800 shrubs and we lead DPC by about 1400 shrubs. August 22, 2001 -- 12 midnight EDT update: Production dropped a bit today with 22 members contributing 1899 wu's. For the 7 day period 32 members contributed 18226 wu's. DPC has narrowed our lead to slightly over 2000 shrubs. They will likely pass us in the next day or two. At the same time, we have narrowed the lead of Czech Republic to about 6200 shrubs. For the 7 day period 33 members contributed 18290 wu's. We trail the team above us, Czech Republic, by 6706 shrubs. DPC gained substantial ground on us today. At this update, we lead them by 3224 shrubs. August 20, 2001 -- 12 midnight EDT update: At the 9am EDT update, we passed BEER and moved into 16th position. Today was the second best production day in our history with 21 members contributing 4072 wu's. Congratulations everyone on a great day! August 19, 2001 -- 12 midnight EDT update: Congratulations everyone! At the 9pm EDT update, we moved past Team JJR512 and into 17th position, our second move up in as many days. Our production bounced back nicely today with 20 members contributing 2834 wu's. For the 7 day period 34 members contributed a record 17008 wu's. Congratulations to KWSN_Epi2 who passed the 1000 shrub milestone today and to bpowe who passed the 750 shrub milestone. Welcome to our newest member LanDroid. Thanks for joining the team and Ni! August 18, 2001 -- 12 midnight EDT update: Production was off today largely because of a decline in the number of contributing members. For the day 16 members contributed 1885 wu's. As a result, our 7 day production total also declined to 15768 shrubs. Congratulations to KWSN_robegeor who passed the 2500 shrub milestone today and to KWSN_soul who passed the 500 shrub milestone. At this update we trail Team JJR512 by 1504 shrubs and we lead DPC by 5885 shrubs. -- 12 noon EDT update: Congratulations everyone! We have passed mt_air and now occupy 18th position. This is our 17th move up in the standings since early June. Outstanding! We now trail the team above us, Team JJR512, by about 2200 shrubs. More to come at midnight. August 17, 2001 -- 12 midnight EDT update: We had a very solid production day with 22 members contributing 2435 wu's. For the 7 day period 33 members contributed a record 16544 wu's. We trail mt_air by 600 wu's and should pass them in the next 24 hours. We lead DPC by 7251 wu's. August 16, 2001 -- 12 midnight EDT update: The statistical sites have been down for much of the past 2 days. Also, Stanford was down for a number of hours today. As a result, the statistics that are being reported at this time by the 3rd party stats sites are incorrect. They are correct relative to all teams' total production from inception, but inaccurate relative to all teams' 24 hour and 7 day production totals. I believe that the production totals that follow are accurate inasmuch as they have been reconstructed from my personal records of our production over the past day. I won't vouch for them being 100% accurate but I believe that they are correct. For the day 20 members contributed 2415 wu's. For the 7 day period 34 members contributed 15975 wu's. There were no changes in the team standings today. We trail mt_air by roughly 2700 wu's and should pass them either Friday or early Saturday. We lead DPC by roughly 7800 wu's. August 15, 2001 -- 12 midnight EDT update: At 12 noon EDT we moved past Cygron and into 19th position. Congratulations everyone! For the day 21 members contributed 1963 wu's. For the 7 day period 35 members contributed 15921 wu's. Congratulations to KWSN_robegeor who passed the 1000 shrub milestone, and to KWSN_soul who passed the 250 shrub milestone today. August 14, 2001 -- 12 midnight EDT update: Our production bounced back strongly today. For the day 22 members contributed 4027 wu's which is the 3rd best day in our history. For the 7 day period 36 members contributed 16020 wu's, an all-time record. Congratulations to everyone! We trail Cygron, the team directly above us, by 670 wu's and we should pass them over the course of the next 12 hours. Our production was essentially equal to DPC's for the day. Bad Fart.- When an amazed Genome Taunter said that Sparky's post didn't contain a typo: Yess it duz, ya pud.- When it was announced that Sir Fart won the contest: Sir Fart iz nott home August 12, 2001 -- 12 midnight EDT update: Production tailed off a bit today but for a Sunday we did pretty well. For the day 24 members contributed 1594 wu's. For the 7 day period a record 34 members contributed 15445 wu's, a new all-time high and the first time we have exceeded 15000 wu's in a 7 day period. Congratulations to KWSN_Tazman who passed the 750 shrub milestone today. August 11, 2001 -- 12 midnight EDT update: Saturday's are usually a slow production day for us. Not so today! For the day 25 members contributed 2661 wu's. For the 7 day period a record 33 members contributed 14961 wu's. Congratulations to everyone for a great day! August 10, 2001 -- 12 midnight EDT update: Our production dipped a bit today with 22 members contributing 1866 wu's. For the 7 day period 30 members contributed 13498 wu's. We were passed by BEER earlier in the day, then later passed the Pande Group so we retain 20th position. At this time we trail BEER by 243 wu's and we lead Pande Group by 504 wu's. August 9, 2001 -- 12 midnight EDT update: At this update we passed the Wicked Old Athiests and moved into 20th position. Congratulations to everyone! Sir Fart passed the 10000 shrub milestone today and bpowe, who recently joined us, quickly reached the 100 shrub milestone. Congratulations! August 8, 2001 -- 12 midnight EDT update: The team competition has heated up over the past few days. At this time, we trail Wicked Old Athiests by 1819 wu's. BEER continues to narrow our lead which, as of this update, is 1709 wu's. We continue to outproduce the Dutch Power Cows and TDIclub though they remain within striking distance. For the day 21 members contributed 2062 wu's. For the 7 day period 28 members contributed 13710 units. A special congratulations to Antigens who passed the 10000 shrub milestone today. August 7, 2001 -- 12 midnight EDT update: Another very solid day at KWSN-Genome. For the day, 19 members contributed 2552 wu's. For the 7 day period, our total stands at 13543 wu's with contributions from a record 28 members. The team competition has become very interesting. BEER is right on our tail and actually outproduced us by a small margin today. Down a few more spots, the Dutch Power Cows have ramped up their production and have gained some ground on us, though we have narrowly outproduced them over the past 48 hours. For the 7 day period 26 members contributed 12168 wu's. We trail Wicked Old Athiests by about 6000 wu's so we will be shrubbing for a while longer before we pass them. After that, we will pass Pande Group quickly. Congratulations to KWSN_Killerrabbit and KWSN_TIESKE both of whom passed the 100 shrub milestone today. August 5, 2001 -- 12 midnight EDT update: For the day 16 members contributed 1101 wu's. For the 7 day period 26 members contributed 11216 wu's. August 4, 2001 -- 12 midnight EDT update: At the midnight update we passed BEER and moved into 21st position! Our production was off a bit today and, like yesterday, most of our production came in the last two updates. For the day 13 members contributed 1198 wu's. Due to lower production, our 7 day total declined a bit to 14712 wu's. With a decline in the number of active daily members over the past few days, please check your shrubbers for bad work units, particularly those of you who run unattended PC's. Congratulations to Das Shrubber who passed the 1500 shrub milestone today and to MadMadMax who passed the 250 shrub milestone. August 3, 2001 -- 12 midnight EDT update: Congratulations team! At the midnight update we moved past Team PCCritix and into 22nd position. The team directly ahead of us, BEER, is less than 1000 wu's away. We were having a rather soft production day then pulled it out on the last update when we produced 597 wu's. For the day 22 members contributed 1517 wu's. This was good enough to keep our 7 day production total at a record 14856 wu's. August 2, 2001 -- 12 midnight EDT update: Today was the 3rd best production day in our history! 22 members contributed 2921 wu's with Antigens leading the way with a substantial dump. Our 7 day production total is a record and stands at an impressive 14397 wu's from 26 members. We trail PCCritix, a non-producing team, by 1038 shrubs. We should pass them some time tomorrow. Congratulations to Antigens who passed the 7500 shrub milestone today, to KWSN_HoC who passed the 1000 shrub milestone, and to sgreenberg and athorsen both of whom passed the 250 shrub milestone. -- 12 noon EDT update: Congratulations team! We have overtaken polghiv_szeged_hu. 23rd position is ours! Our next target is TeamPCCritix with a current lead of 3004 wu's. Antigens is in the midst of a dump today that will help us narrow this lead considerably. More at midnight. August 1, 2001 -- 12 midnight EDT update: We continue to enjoy good production. Today, 16 members contributed 1894 wu's. Our 7 day total is once again at a record level with 26 members contributing 13470 wu's. Polghiv_szeged_hu's lead is now only 351 wu's. Watch for us to pass them over the next several updates. Dutch Power Cows had a very strong day with about 9000 wu's. If they can sustain that level of production, we'll see them closing on us in the coming week. We'll soon see whether that was a dump or sustainable production.
